We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage full-cycle recruitment efforts while supporting organizational goals and values. As a Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in identifying and onboarding talent for diverse roles within the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Conduct outreach efforts to attract applicants with relevant experience and assess their alignment with organizational values and requirements
Coordinate and manage applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and hiring progress
Develop and maintain detailed requisition reports to keep leadership informed of recruitment activities
Utilize tools such as Paycor and Excel to track recruitment metrics and ensure efficient workflows
Collaborate in a hybrid work setting, attending onsite meetings and working remotely as required
Conduct interviews that incorporate faith-based questions to evaluate cultural fit and alignment with organizational principles
Support hiring efforts across various roles, including teaching staff, custodial positions, and operational leadership
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and values throughout the recruitment process
Work closely with team members to streamline hiring practices and improve candidate experience
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within corporate or educational environments
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, with Paycor experience highly desirable
Strong skills in sourcing and interviewing candidates
Familiarity with digital tools, including Excel, for record-keeping and reporting
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite and remote responsibilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Commitment to upholding organizational values and principles throughout the hiring process
Nice to have:
Prior experience with recruitment in educational institutions is a plus
