We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This fully onsite opportunity is ideal for a recruiting specialist who can thrive in a fast-moving environment, build strong candidate relationships, and partner effectively with hiring leaders. The position may focus on high-volume hiring or support marketing and creative talent searches, making versatility and sound judgment essential for success.
Job Responsibility:
Manage a steady flow of open positions and move candidates efficiently through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer stages
Build and maintain talent pipelines by engaging candidates with relevant experience and creating a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role needs, align on search strategies, and provide updates on recruiting progress
Lead candidate conversations with confidence, including qualification discussions, offer presentation, and compensation negotiation
Recruit for a range of business needs, which may include high-volume openings or specialized marketing and creative roles such as brand, content, social, and design positions
Use the company’s applicant tracking system to organize requisitions, document activity, and maintain accurate hiring records
Coordinate effectively across teams to support urgent hiring priorities and adapt quickly as business needs shift
Prepare employment-related documentation, including offer letters, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements:
1–3 years of recruiting experience in either an agency, corporate, or blended environment
Ability to manage multiple requisitions at once in a deadline-driven setting
Experience engaging candidates, advancing them through the hiring process, and supporting offer-stage conversations
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
Well-developed organizational and time management skills, with careful attention to accuracy
Resourceful, adaptable, and collaborative approach to solving recruiting challenges
Availability to work onsite five days per week in Boca Raton, Florida
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
