We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team on a Contract-to-Hire basis in West Bend, Wisconsin. In this role, you will support a key manufacturing client by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet their workforce needs. Job Responsibility:
Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for manufacturing roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to create and refine job descriptions that align with the client’s needs
Stay updated on local labor market trends and hiring regulations to provide expert guidance
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and other sourcing platforms to manage candidate pipelines effectively
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience
Partner with HR teams to support requisition needs and meet hiring goals
Conduct thorough assessments of candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders
Develop and implement strategies to attract high-quality talent in competitive markets
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies during the hiring process
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Talent Solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities
Familiarity with local labor market trends and employment regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience
Experience recruiting for light industrial, skilled trades, or high-volume manufacturing positions is a plus
Demonstrated success in building relationships with candidates and stakeholders
