In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience for various roles
Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and alignment with the organization's values and culture
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide guidance on recruitment strategies
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate documentation of candidate information
Utilize Microsoft Excel to generate recruitment-related reports and analyze data for process improvements
Build strong relationships with candidates to foster a positive experience throughout the hiring process
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in corporate recruiting
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during all recruitment activities
Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall efficiency of the recruitment process
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within a corporate setting
Proficiency in sourcing strategies and techniques to identify top talent
Strong ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates effectively
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems for managing candidate information
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
Knowledge of recruitment regulations and compliance standards
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
