We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this Contract to permanent employment position, you will play a vital role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and internal teams alike. Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and overseeing preboarding activities
Develop compelling job postings and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Facilitate recruitment events and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the organization's employer brand
Conduct applicant screening and background checks to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel and recruitment platforms like CareerBuilder to streamline hiring processes
Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the recruitment cycle
Assist with benefit functions and onboarding to ensure a positive initial employee experience
Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement
Provide exceptional communication and support to candidates and employees during the hiring process
Uphold compliance with company policies and employment regulations at all stages of recruitment
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or recruitment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with recruitment tools like CareerBuilder
Demonstrated ability to perform background checks and manage applicant screening effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail
Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization and time management
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding candidate and employee experiences
Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
