We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a long-term contract opportunity based in North Bend, Oregon. This position is ideal for someone who can manage recruitment activities from initial sourcing through offer coordination while building strong partnerships with hiring teams. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can identify strong talent, conduct effective interviews, and maintain accurate recruitment records within HR systems and applicant tracking tools.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from intake discussions and talent sourcing to interview coordination and hiring support
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, define candidate profiles, and align recruiting strategies with business needs
Source strong candidates through multiple channels and build talent pipelines for current and future openings
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role
Manage applicant activity within the applicant tracking system and keep recruitment data organized and up to date
Use platforms such as Paylocity and other HRIS tools to support hiring workflows, documentation, and status tracking
Maintain clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the selection process
Support recruiting efforts in corporate and healthcare-related environments as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer-stage coordination
Background in corporate recruiting with the ability to manage multiple requisitions effectively
Strong candidate sourcing skills across various channels and talent networks
Experience conducting interviews and evaluating applicants against defined job criteria
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruiting records
Working knowledge of Paylocity and HRIS platforms used to support recruitment operations
Ability to communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams
