We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source top talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
Source talent through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit
Manage offer negotiations and coordinate onboarding
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards
Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Recruiting experience for 1+ years
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field
