We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Plano, Texas. In this contract role, you’ll lead and execute end-to-end campus recruitment activities, partnering with universities, colleges, and internal stakeholders to attract and engage top talent. Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key universities in the region
Execute academic engagement activities in alignment with the planned US college calendar
Actively source talent from universities, job boards, social media, and professional networks to meet business hiring and internship needs
Review resumes and applications, identifying candidates that align with position requirements
Implement effective campus recruiting strategies based on industry trends, business needs, and best practices
Liaise with hiring managers to understand position requirements and preferences
Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through ongoing networking and relationship management
Engage new hires from offer acceptance through the first year to encourage a positive experience and strong retention
Support campus branding and engagement initiatives to enhance the organization’s visibility at target schools
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate environment
Strong skills in sourcing candidates through various channels
Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
Ability to screen and evaluate resumes effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
