We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate excels in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in building high-performing teams and driving hiring strategies that support organizational growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of positions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system
  • Partner with HR team members to deliver an excellent candidate experience
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
  • Stay current on best practices and emerging trends in recruitment

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Must have prior experience recruiting for some sort of manufacturing positions
  • Technologically adept and resourceful
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Can start immediately and commute to Reston, Virginia
