We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Beverly Hills, California. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition and eager to contribute to a dynamic organization. You will play a pivotal role in managing recruitment campaigns, fostering candidate relationships, and supporting strategic hiring initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, candidate outreach, interview coordination, and offer negotiations
Provide guidance and mentorship to sourcers, ensuring alignment with recruitment goals
Supervise and support interns or apprentices as they integrate into the recruitment team
Collaborate with sourcing teams to identify and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, fostering strong relationships with both active and passive talent
Manage internal recruitment processes, including internal transfers and promotions
Establish and maintain productive relationships with external staffing agencies when needed
Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract high-caliber talent and enhance the company's reputation in the industry
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the recruitment process
Represent the organization at recruitment events, engaging with prospective candidates and sharing insights about available opportunities
Requirements:
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and other related HR technologies
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Skilled in conducting background checks and managing benefit functions
Strong ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
Familiarity with platforms like CareerBuilder and other recruitment tools
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles within talent acquisition
Experience in financial services or similar industries is an advantage
