Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Beverly Hills, California. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition and eager to contribute to a dynamic organization. You will play a pivotal role in managing recruitment campaigns, fostering candidate relationships, and supporting strategic hiring initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, candidate outreach, interview coordination, and offer negotiations
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to sourcers, ensuring alignment with recruitment goals
  • Supervise and support interns or apprentices as they integrate into the recruitment team
  • Collaborate with sourcing teams to identify and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, fostering strong relationships with both active and passive talent
  • Manage internal recruitment processes, including internal transfers and promotions
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with external staffing agencies when needed
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract high-caliber talent and enhance the company's reputation in the industry
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the recruitment process
  • Represent the organization at recruitment events, engaging with prospective candidates and sharing insights about available opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and other related HR technologies
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Skilled in conducting background checks and managing benefit functions
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
  • Familiarity with platforms like CareerBuilder and other recruitment tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles within talent acquisition
  • Experience in financial services or similar industries is an advantage
