We are seeking a high-energy and driven HR Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, people-focused, and thrives in a high-volume, results-driven setting.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Post job openings and actively source candidates through multiple channels
Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide ongoing status updates
Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting activity
Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
3+ year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources
High-energy personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
Results-driven mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
