We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support talent acquisition and recruiting coordination for a long-term contract opportunity. Job Responsibility:
Identify prospective candidates through proactive outreach, research, and high-volume phone engagement to match talent with open client needs
Coordinate interview scheduling and guide applicants through registration and onboarding-related steps to keep the hiring process moving efficiently
Assist with offer preparation, credentialing support, and other recruitment activities that contribute to successful hiring outcomes
Maintain accurate candidate records, update recruiting trackers, and prepare reporting within the applicant tracking system and related tools
Post and refresh job advertisements across company and external platforms to improve visibility and attract applicants with relevant experience
Provide administrative assistance for recruiting operations, special projects, and day-to-day support for internal teams and external contacts
Build and maintain a reliable pipeline of candidates with relevant experience to support ongoing and future staffing demands
Track weekly recruiting activity and contribute consistently toward performance targets and productivity goals
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing support, human resources coordination, or a related administrative environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, tracking, and document management
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, clients, and team members
Comfort with making frequent outbound calls and engaging candidates in a detail-oriented and confident manner
Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to recruiting technology and process tools
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Experience in customer service, retail, or other people-focused roles is valuable for candidates transitioning into HR or recruiting
