We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Huntington Beach, California. This Contract to permanent opportunity involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process to support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong talent pipelines, filling critical positions, and ensuring compliance with hiring standards.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job scoping, posting, interviewing, and offer negotiations
Source and attract top talent through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates with experience in clinical, engineering, and quality assurance roles
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning needs
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success and provide actionable insights
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory standards
Utilize applicant tracking systems and Office Suite to maintain organized records and streamline processes
Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in corporate settings
Proven ability to source and attract candidates through various methods, including social media and networking
Strong skills in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and proficiency in Office Suite applications
Experience managing recruitment for clinical, engineering, and quality assurance roles
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on detail and follow-through
Ability to work onsite initially, with potential for hybrid scheduling
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to recruitment processes
