We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support a growing organization in Sarasota, Florida with high-priority hiring needs across multiple business functions. This Long-term Contract opportunity offers the chance to lead recruitment efforts for sales, technical, service, and warehouse positions while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to keep hiring on track. Job Responsibility
Manage full-cycle recruitment for a range of openings, including sales, field service, technical, and warehouse positions
Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn to meet active hiring demands
Screen applicants, evaluate qualifications, and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process
Partner with hiring managers and HR team members to align recruiting activity with staffing priorities and timelines
Coordinate and schedule virtual interviews while ensuring a smooth and organized candidate experience
Track recruitment activity, maintain accurate applicant records, and keep hiring workflows updated within the applicant tracking system
Support high-volume hiring efforts by prioritizing urgent openings and adjusting search strategies as business needs change
Requirements
Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple job types and seniority levels
Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage candidates through online recruiting channels
Proven ability to conduct candidate screenings and interviews effectively
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment documentation
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several open requisitions at the same time
Clear communication and collaboration skills for working with hiring managers and HR partners
Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while meeting hiring deadlines
