Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This Contract to permanent position requires someone with strong organizational skills and expertise in managing high-volume recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent while supporting other HR functions as needed.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews using Microsoft Outlook to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Draft and send offer letters and onboarding invitations to new team members
  • Facilitate orientation sessions for new team members and assist in onboarding activities
  • Manage recruitment workflows using applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn, Taleo, or Greenhouse
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates with relevant experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee data
  • Handle high-volume recruitment tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines
  • Support HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the hiring process

Requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate recruiting or HR functions, including high-volume hiring
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn, Taleo, or Greenhouse
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and their applications in recruitment processes
  • Strong skills in scheduling and coordinating interviews using Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes effectively
  • Knowledge of hiring processes and employment regulations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
