Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Bristol, New Hampshire. In this short-term contract role, you will play a key role in sourcing and hiring top talent while contributing to the overall recruitment strategy. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on organizational growth through effective recruitment practices.

Job Responsibility:

Led full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
developed strategies to attract and maintain top talent
partnered with hiring managers and conducted interviews
managed ATS workflows and ensured compliance
provided hiring updates and maintained recruitment records

Requirements:

Experienced in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
skilled in corporate recruiting, interviews, and candidate assessment
proficient with ATS and recruitment tools
strong communication and relationship-building skills
knowledgeable in employment laws and compliance
able to manage multiple priorities and build long-term talent pipelines
