We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Responsibility
Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across departments
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Assist with offer preparation, negotiations, and onboarding coordination
Stay up to date on hiring trends and best practices
Requirements
1+ year of recruiting or HR experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
