We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter for ongoing opportunities. The HR Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to meet organizational needs. This individual will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process while fostering a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent interpersonal skills, and possesses a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for current and future openings, utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing platforms
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Craft compelling job descriptions and post openings on appropriate platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and frequently filled roles to anticipate future hiring needs
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide updates during the hiring process, and offer strategic input to improve recruitment outcomes
Promote the organization as an employer of choice by highlighting its values, culture, and career opportunities in all candidate interactions
Ensure all recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies
Assist in the onboarding process to set new hires up for success
Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate retention to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related HR function
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and employer branding best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to represent the organization professionally to candidates
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or AIRS certifications are a plus
