We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Flemington, New Jersey. This contract position offers the opportunity to manage the full-cycle recruitment process while ensuring the selection of top talent to meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sourcing, screening, and onboarding, along with a passion for creating seamless hiring experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Manage job postings and candidate applications within the Applicant Tracking System
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates while reducing time-to-fill and hiring costs
Screen and interview candidates for a variety of roles, including entry-level, detail-oriented, leadership, clinical, and technical positions
Coordinate job offers, ensuring timely communication of salary, benefits, and other employment details
Conduct thorough reference checks, employment verifications, and background screenings before candidates start
Verify licenses and certifications through primary source checks where applicable
Prepare and process offer letters and new employee documentation in compliance with organizational standards
Audit personnel files to ensure accuracy and completeness
Support HR initiatives such as the Shadowing Program and assist with New Employee Orientation as needed
Undertake special projects and provide additional support to the HR Business Partners
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and Human Resources Information Systems
Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
Preferred experience in a healthcare or hospital setting and physician recruitment
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
Familiarity with conducting background checks and verifying credentials with attention to detail
