We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs. Your expertise in managing recruitment processes, building candidate pipelines, and collaborating with hiring leaders will help drive the success of our talent acquisition efforts.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with hiring managers to assess recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies
Create and implement efficient talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
Manage the Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate job postings and seamless recruitment workflows
Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability for roles
Develop relationships with local schools and other organizations to establish employment pipelines
Represent the organization at career fairs and networking events to attract potential candidates
Monitor and analyze employment metrics, such as time-to-fill and turnover rates, and provide regular reports to leadership
Stay informed about industry trends and enhance HR knowledge through workshops and relevant publications
Contribute to achieving human resources goals by supporting strategic initiatives and completing special projects
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and uphold the organization’s core values in all recruitment activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
2-5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in managing Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools
Ability to engage effectively with diverse populations
Spanish language skills are an advantage
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle high recruitment volumes
Self-motivated team player with excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, with the capability to promote and "sell" the organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
