HR Recruiter

• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies
• Create and implement efficient talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate job postings and seamless recruitment workflows
• Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability for roles
• Develop relationships with local schools and other organizations to establish employment pipelines
• Represent the organization at career fairs and networking events to attract potential candidates
• Monitor and analyze employment metrics, such as time-to-fill and turnover rates, and provide regular reports to leadership
• Stay informed about industry trends and enhance HR knowledge through workshops and relevant publications
• Contribute to achieving human resources goals by supporting strategic initiatives and completing special projects
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and uphold the organization’s core values in all recruitment activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 2-5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in managing Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools
• Ability to engage effectively with diverse populations
• Spanish language skills are an advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle high recruitment volumes
• Self-motivated team player with excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, with the capability to promote and "sell" the organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
