Our client is seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join their dynamic human resources team. This individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company’s future growth. Job Responsibility:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of roles across the organization
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Create and post job ads, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to reach qualified candidates
Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Track metrics and report on recruiting activities to inform HR strategy
Maintain compliance with all applicable employment regulations and company policies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate or educational setting
Strong ability to source candidates using various tools, platforms, and techniques
Excellent interview skills, with a focus on structured and behavioral approaches
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment processes
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
