We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you’ll support our clients in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent while advancing our commitment to exceptional service and results.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Will handle 15-20 requisitions at a given time – example recruiting for driver positions, manufacturing roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and define role requirements
Build and sustain relationships with active and passive candidates using strategies that advance diversity and inclusion
Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract high-quality talent in a competitive marketplace
Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition records using HRIS and ATS tools
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or related field
3+ years of full cycle recruiting
2+ years of comprehensive full-cycle recruiting experience specifically for roles within the manufacturing industry
Able to collaborate effectively within a team environment, as well as work independently when needed
Technologically proficient
Nice to have:
Knowledge of benefit administration, onboarding, and performance management is desirable
Proficiency with recruitment technologies and HRIS (e.g., Workday) is valued
