Requirements:
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and other HR-related systems
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and related screening processes
Strong ability to utilize CRM platforms and recruitment tools such as CareerBuilder
Solid knowledge of sourcing strategies and talent acquisition techniques
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing recruitment records
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates
Prior experience in benefit functions and HR-related administrative tasks
Familiarity with developing and maintaining talent pipelines
