Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Palo Alto, California. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying and engaging top talent across various technology disciplines. This position requires a driven and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Source, attract, and engage candidates with relevant experience for a variety of technology-focused roles
Conduct thorough resume screenings and initial candidate interviews to evaluate skills and suitability
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify ideal candidate profiles
Utilize applicant tracking systems and other tools to manage the recruitment process effectively
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet ongoing hiring needs
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
Provide timely updates and feedback to both candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and professionalism
Stay informed on hiring trends and recruitment best practices to improve processes
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on technology roles
Proven expertise in corporate recruitment and sourcing strategies
Strong skills in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
Experience working with applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of current hiring trends and best practices in the technology sector.
