We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in McLean, Virginia. This is a long-term contract position that requires a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with a proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle and source top talent for challenging roles. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and strategic thinking to address complex hiring needs while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
Develop innovative strategies to identify and attract top talent for hard-to-fill positions
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' experience and suitability for specific roles
Manage and utilize applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment operations
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions
Execute effective sourcing techniques to build a robust pipeline of candidates with relevant experience
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during the hiring process
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activity to relevant stakeholders
Stay informed about industry trends and adapt strategies to meet changing workforce demands
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
Proven ability to recruit for challenging and specialized positions
Strong expertise in sourcing and talent acquisition strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and engaging candidates
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve complex hiring challenges
Solid understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
