We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our client's team in West Hartford, Connecticut. As part of the Financial Services industry, you will play a key role in identifying and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs. Job Responsibility

  • Source candidates with relevant experience through various platforms and strategies to meet hiring goals
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and alignment with job requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the financial services sector
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools
  • Demonstrated ability to source candidates through various channels, including internet recruiting and career platforms
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders
  • Experience in conducting intake interviews and managing full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Familiarity with college recruiting and corporate recruitment strategies
