Our client, a non-profit health and research-based organization, is in search of a skilled HR Project Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis. If you have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of human resources coordination, don't miss this opportunity to make an impact in this organization!

Job Responsibility:

  • Track projects, analyze project data, and generate reports
  • Create presentations, maintain documentation, and organize files
  • Support process improvements, training programs, and employee engagement projects
  • Coordinate cross-functionally and serve as a point-of-contact across teams
  • Support the team through additional administrative or operational tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of human resources coordination
  • 3+ years of HR project management experience
  • Strong capabilities with Excel, especially pivot tables, formulas, and vlookups
  • Proficient in MS Office, project management software, and willingness to learn new systems

Nice to have:
