Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to join our team in Cranston, Rhode Island. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in talent development and management initiatives, driving impactful learning experiences and fostering a high-performance culture. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with diverse teams to implement and enhance HR programs that align with organizational goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, deliver, and facilitate training sessions, coaching programs, and on-the-job learning opportunities to enhance employee performance
  • lead manager development programs, including onboarding, performance development, and leadership training
  • develop clear and engaging participant communications to outline program requirements and events
  • collaborate with external vendors to review and refine training programs, ensuring relevance and effectiveness
  • collect and analyze participant feedback, reporting insights and recommending improvements to senior leadership
  • apply Kirkpatrick evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and suggest enhancements
  • plan and execute instructional content strategies, creating curriculum and activities aligned with organizational needs
  • provide one-on-one coaching to employees and managers, reinforcing skill-building objectives and tracking progress
  • manage program logistics, budgets, and documentation to ensure smooth operations and adherence to organizational standards
  • promote and support the company’s talent management strategy to cultivate a culture of high performance and capability

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR project management, with a focus on talent development and management
  • strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and organizational development principles
  • demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning programs
  • proficiency in using learning management systems and tracking program metrics
  • excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage participants at all organizational levels
  • experience working with external vendors and stakeholders to implement training initiatives
  • strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage budgets and maintain accurate documentation
  • familiarity with Kirkpatrick evaluation methods and coaching techniques is preferred
