Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled HR Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Fort Mill, South Carolina. This role is ideal for an experienced, detail-oriented individual eager to lead HR initiatives, streamline processes, and support employees and managers in achieving organizational goals. The position involves implementing HR systems and providing training to ensure a smooth adoption of new tools and policies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the implementation of HR time keeping software systems and ensure proper functionality
  • Train field employees and managers on the effective use of the new HR tools
  • Assist managers in conducting annual performance reviews and setting written goals
  • Establish deadlines and communicate policies related to employee evaluations
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers in adapting to new HR practices
  • Monitor compliance with organizational policies and ensure alignment with HR standards
  • Facilitate the review and management of employee timesheets, ensuring accuracy
  • Support organizational development by improving HR processes and practices
  • Collaborate with leadership to uphold HR policies and enhance team performance

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR leadership or project management roles

  • Proficiency in managing employee timesheets and reviewing for accuracy
