We are looking for a skilled HR Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Fort Mill, South Carolina. This role is ideal for an experienced, detail-oriented individual eager to lead HR initiatives, streamline processes, and support employees and managers in achieving organizational goals. The position involves implementing HR systems and providing training to ensure a smooth adoption of new tools and policies.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the implementation of HR time keeping software systems and ensure proper functionality
Train field employees and managers on the effective use of the new HR tools
Assist managers in conducting annual performance reviews and setting written goals
Establish deadlines and communicate policies related to employee evaluations
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers in adapting to new HR practices
Monitor compliance with organizational policies and ensure alignment with HR standards
Facilitate the review and management of employee timesheets, ensuring accuracy
Support organizational development by improving HR processes and practices
Collaborate with leadership to uphold HR policies and enhance team performance
Requirements:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR leadership or project management roles
Strong expertise in HR policy development and compliance
Demonstrated ability in organizational development and people management
Familiarity with implementing and training on HRIS systems
Proficiency in managing employee timesheets and reviewing for accuracy
Excellent communication and training skills to engage diverse groups
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
Solid understanding of performance management and review processes
