We are looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to join our team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this role, you will oversee key HR processes and workflows within a higher education environment, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution. This is a long-term contract position, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic settings and has a strong background in organizational development and academic operations.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the implementation of Dynamic Forms for faculty contract workflows, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
Coordinate the operational cycle for faculty contracts, including tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring follow-ups
Support HR processes related to academic appointments by collaborating closely with relevant departments
Work closely with HR and Academic Affairs teams to ensure project timelines and objectives are consistently met
Monitor and optimize workflow tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency
Provide regular updates and reports on project milestones to stakeholders
Facilitate communication and collaboration between HR and academic leadership to address challenges and streamline processes
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and standards throughout all project phases
Assist in training staff on new systems and workflows to ensure successful adoption
Act as a key point of contact for managing project-related queries and concerns
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR project management, particularly within higher education institutions
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Proficiency in systems and workflow tools, with an aptitude for learning new technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
Familiarity with academic operations and faculty contract processes
Ability to work onsite a minimum of four days per week to coordinate with leadership and HR teams
Demonstrated ability to analyze workflows and implement improvements
Knowledge of institutional policies and compliance requirements in an educational setting
