Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled HR Project Manager to join our team in College Park, Georgia. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing multiple HR-related projects and ensuring seamless coordination across teams. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of human resources expertise and project management skills to help drive initiatives forward effectively.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate labor union agreement revisions by collaborating with legal teams and preparing necessary documentation
Organize and manage the team's efforts in route optimization analysis and documentation preparation
Oversee the implementation of a new workforce management system, ensuring smooth communication and training for administrative super users
Maintain alignment across multiple moving parts in various HR and project management initiatives
Develop project scopes and ensure workstreams are following established timelines and objectives
Provide autonomous oversight of tasks while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
Facilitate team organization and prioritize tasks to adapt to shifting project demands
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive HR documentation
Utilize project planning tools to track progress and maintain accountability
Support other HR-related projects to keep teams aligned and focused

Requirements:

Proven experience in HR processes, preferably as an HR Generalist or similar role
Strong project management skills, with the ability to scope projects and manage workstreams effectively
Familiarity with workforce management systems such as Kronos is a plus
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate across teams
Proficiency in project planning tools, with Microsoft Project experience being advantageous
Understanding of confidentiality in HR processes and sensitive documentation
PMP Certification or Agile Scrum experience is desirable but not required

Nice to have:

Familiarity with workforce management systems such as Kronos
PMP Certification or Agile Scrum experience
