Job Description:

This role is a key part of the Human Resources Organization Project Management Office. You will be part of a team of project managers and analysts dedicated to supporting each of the Human Resources taxonomies. You will be managing projects, programs and initiatives for key Human Resources stakeholders and our regulatory partners in collaboration with Global Functions Technology.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with Human Resources Taxonomy Owners in area of program expertise
  • Managing execution plans to meet deliverables
  • Managing the monitoring of the performance of multiple programs of work
  • Managing the implementation of common PMO standards, reporting, and closure process across programs
  • Provide on-the-ground support to Human Resources Taxonomy Owners
  • Manage the execution of change management process in assigned projects and programs
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and drive continuous improvement
  • Create reporting materials for stakeholders
  • Monitor and track execution of projects and programs and escalate risks
  • Support adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards
  • Help identification and resolution of issues
  • Collaborate with teams to action deliverables from reviews

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive program/project management, consulting or technology experience
  • Minimum 5 Years of AGILE project management
  • Specific subject matter expertise regarding Human Resources, governance and program management disciplines
  • Sound business understanding of the products and services Citi offers
  • General understanding of relevant banking regulation and supervisory expectations for large complex financial institutions
  • Track record of managing internal relationships and demonstrated experience in leading sustained change and change management efforts
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively problem solve
  • Well-developed listening skills and strong ability to engage at a variety of levels
  • Proficiency in working in iCAPs/Citi's Risk and Control platform, SharePoint and PTS 2.0 preferred
  • Articulate and effective communicator
  • Strong interpersonal skills with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations
  • Project Management Certification a plus
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
