Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Project Manager to join our HR Team, on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. As a Project Manager, you will lead diverse projects related to HR. This could include anything from implementing new frameworks to process optimisation initiatives. You will play a critical role in driving successful outcomes by partnering with cross-functional teams, ensuring project alignment, and fostering a collaborative culture.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of HR-related projects, from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and resolve project bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and ensure effective reporting and tracking
  • Build the project infrastructure for teams, fostering clear communication and facilitating collaboration
  • Work on defining project objectives, deriving functional requirements, and building the project roadmap together with subject-matter experts
  • Break down complex challenges into pragmatic solutions, enabling informed decision-making and project success
  • Drive continuous improvement by refining the existing project management framework and optimising existing processes to boost efficiency

Requirements

  • At least three years of relevant experience managing projects
  • Strong grasp of project management methodologies and processes (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Experience in managing multiple projects in parallel
  • Good analytical and communication skills and a hands-on mentality
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills to engage with and influence diverse stakeholders across different functions and cultures
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP, DASM)
  • Google Suite & Tools familiarity
  • Other relevant project management certifications
  • Experience driving operational process improvements
  • Previous experience in project management focused on supporting functions like HR, Finance or similar would be useful in this role
