Job Description:

As an HR Expert within the international People, Organization and Culture team, you will drive impactful concepts and organizational development projects globally. This role involves coordination of re-organizations, managing HR projects, improving processes, engaging employees, and providing administrative support in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and support re-organizations and change processes cross locations and countries, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication with impacted colleagues on business, central and HR side
  • Contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of various global HR projects & concepts related to organizational structure and development and HR process improvement
  • Enhance communication of HR and business activities, ensuring clear and timely information flow to employees
  • Provide administrative support to HR functions, including report generation, document management, and other tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of related HR experience
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Experience working in a global or multicultural organization is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, is essential
  • Fluency in English (working in English on daily basis)
