Job Description

Deliver HR projects across HR Operations and broader HR functions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support business goals. Provide expert project management for complex HR programs or change initiatives. Part of a central project management pool supporting HR Operations, HRBPs, and CoEs.

  • Manage and deliver multiple HR projects effectively across HR Operations and broader HR
  • Ensure strong project governance, including reporting for senior leadership and boards
  • Lead HR project communications using consistent communication plans and tools
  • Define selection criteria for projects receiving PMO support
  • Design and maintain project dashboards tracking delivery and benefits
  • Create business readiness and acceptance criteria
  • Provide planning and expertise for global HR strategic projects
  • Serve as quality control and advisory for central HR projects
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with strong change management
  • Oversee delivery of key cyclical People Team activities

Requirements

  • Experience in a Shared Service Centre environment
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
  • Proven record in continuous improvement initiatives (technology and process)
  • Proficient in KPIs, HR metrics, and data analysis
  • In-depth HR process and transaction experience
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and related HR technologies
