Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Program Operations Manager to join our team in Menlo Park, California. This position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, with a strong background in managing HR programs and systems while delivering exceptional operational support. As this is a long-term contract role, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to drive impactful employee initiatives and partner closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage multiple HR programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational priorities
  • Serve as the system administrator for HR platforms, configuring templates, managing workflows, and ensuring accurate setup
  • Coordinate performance management cycles, including template assignment, communication planning, and tracking participation to ensure completion
  • Execute employee surveys such as engagement, exit, onboarding, and candidate surveys, handling backend setup, distribution, and reporting
  • Prepare and analyze survey data, providing insights and trends to stakeholders through detailed reporting
  • Partner with organizational leaders to support operations, programming, and initiatives, including budgeting, event coordination, and timeline management
  • Collaborate with IT and core systems teams to ensure system integrations, data quality, and functionality for HR program cycles
  • Draft and manage communications for HR programs, including launch announcements and reminders
  • Provide detailed program support by pulling reports, tracking outcomes, and surfacing insights
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency across program operations and HR systems

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience independently managing HR or People programs
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks
  • Proficiency in administering HR systems such as Workday, Lattice, or Qualtrics
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with experience in reporting, pivot tables, and basic data insights
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a backend system administrator, including configuring workflows and templates
  • Effective communication and stakeholder partnership skills to support program delivery
  • Familiarity with employee surveys and data analysis, including engagement and onboarding surveys
