Lead and execute the People Communications strategy aligned to Walmart Global Tech's culture and priorities. This role entails working with Global Teams ensuring common narrative which is globally aligned and locally relevant. Drive EVP storytelling to strengthen employer brand internally and externally. Partner with People COEs (Total Rewards, L&D, Talent, Associate Relations, People Ops) to translate programs into clear communications. Enable communications for enterprisewide people initiatives, transformations, and change programs. Manage the internal communications ecosystem across multiple channels to drive engagement. Collaborate with People leaders and Communications teams, while innovating through creative storytelling, data, and new formats. Led end-to-end existing internal communications for Benefits COE including planning, drafting, publishing, and reporting for key initiatives such as the Live Better Bulletin and Annual Insurance Renewal. Managed multi-channel benefits and employee engagement communications (email, intranet, digital screens), while supporting campaigns, onboarding, and new program launches pertaining to benefits. Oversee BAU communications operations, including stakeholder coordination, inbox management, and delivery of ad hoc communications.
