We are seeking a dynamic transformation leader to drive the end-to-end delivery of the VOIS HR Products & Services transformation agenda. This role is central to modernising the HR operating model and enabling HR to become a proactive, insight-led partner to the business. You will lead strategic programmes, oversee technology transitions, and champion digital enablement, ensuring measurable business outcomes and enhanced employee experience.
Job Responsibility:
Translate strategic priorities into executable transformation programmes aligned with the 5-year HR roadmap
Establish and lead robust programme governance, managing risks, timelines, and interdependencies across workstreams
Act as the strategic interface between HR Services, IT, and senior HR leadership to ensure alignment and adoption
Drive delivery of major initiatives including SAP agreement deliverables, EIC sunset and ESM implementation, WalkMe, People Intelligence, and Advanced Analytics
Oversee technology migration, data integration, and interoperability across HR systems, ensuring scalability and compliance
Champion agile ways of working and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Lead enterprise-wide change management and communication strategies to support adoption of new HR products and services
Track and report on benefits realisation, ensuring measurable business value from HR technology investments
Requirements:
Experienced professional with 15–20 years in HR Services, HR Transformation, HRIT, or large-scale enterprise transformation
Proven track record in leading global HR technology programmes across multiple regions
Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP and Oracle, and digital adoption tools like WalkMe
Strong background in technology migration, data integration, and platform rationalisation in complex multi-market environments
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, change management, and communications, with the ability to influence senior leaders
Agile and adaptable, able to navigate ambiguity and deliver impact in fast-paced, multicultural environments
Commercially aware, with strategic thinking and an innovation mindset
