Job Description:

As a Process & Requirement Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for gathering and analysing requirements from stakeholders, mapping current and future business processes, and designing effective solutions in close collaboration with technical teams. Your ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable insights will be key to ensuring successful project outcomes. You will produce detailed documentation, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and support system configuration and testing activities. You will also contribute to user training and provide ongoing support to ensure systems are adopted effectively and function as intended. This role requires a strong candidate who is HR technology savvy, ideally with experience in talent development and HR systems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Gather, interpret, and translate business requirements into clear, actionable solutions
  • Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams, managing expectations and ensuring alignment
  • Create clear process flows, functional specifications, and supporting documentation
  • Support system configuration, testing, implementation, user training, and post-deployment activities
  • Apply design thinking methodologies to support the definition and refinement of requirements
  • Deliver structured change aligned with organisational goals
  • Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements that require change within the organisation
  • Development of business requirements that will address business problems and opportunities
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations
  • Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions
  • Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions
  • Support the creation of reports on project progress to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget
  • Creation of operational design and process design to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered within the agreed scope
  • Support to change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix to ensure proposed solutions are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business process analysis and optimisation
  • Strong capability in requirements gathering, definition, and documentation, including process mapping
  • Hands-on involvement in system implementation and support
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working in an HR environment, particularly in talent development or related domains
  • HR technology savvy
