Job Description:

HR Partnership & Delivery sits at the centre of Citi’s HR business solutions. This team's proposition is to provide guidance and coaching to managers on all employee life-cycle processes, solving day to day HR needs for employees by leveraging technology to provide simple and effective employee focused processes

Job Responsibility:

  • Be the first point of contact for any process implementation requests
  • Gather, document and conduct impact assessments on process change requests
  • Lead the due diligence process for the transition of HR processes
  • Maintain effective relationships with all internal teams to ensure that process changes are identified, managed effectively and have the correct stakeholders involved
  • Prepare content and provide oversight of the HRP&D governance forum to enable the senior leaders with clear facts to allow fast and sound decision-making
  • Analyze end to end operations to enhance business resilience by identifying business improvements, opportunities and waste removal using Lean methodology
  • Identify opportunities for technology solutions, enhancing customer experiences, and improving operational efficiency
  • Work with Process Design Leads and other key stakeholders to successfully manage change arising from process remediation, improvement and implementation efforts
  • Engage with Process Design & Re-engineering partners as well as other HR stakeholders to produce Process documentation

Requirements:

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and through communicating openly, maintain a focusing on problem-solving, accepting change, and maintaining a calm and resilient mindset
  • The ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders and to quickly build credibility and influence with senior stakeholders
  • A detailed approach to identifying process changes and opportunities utilising Lean methodology
