Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Process Analyst to support the stabilization and standardization of HR processes during a period of rapid acquisition-driven growth. This role will focus on documenting, structuring, and aligning HR workflows to enterprise standards, ensuring consistency, scalability, and audit readiness across the organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct process discovery sessions with HR and operational stakeholders to capture current-state workflows
  • Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation
  • Identify process gaps, inconsistencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Align documentation with established taxonomies, BPMN 2.0 standards, and Lean methodologies where applicable
  • Support the development of repeatable process models for acquisition integration efforts
  • Partner with stakeholders to validate processes and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Maintain organized documentation repositories and version control
  • Support governance initiatives by reinforcing process standards and identifying deviations

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in process analysis, business process mapping, or HR operations
  • Experience documenting processes using BPMN 2.0 standards
  • Strong facilitation skills for process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews
  • Proficiency with process mapping tools such as Visio and Lucidchart
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

Nice to have

Experience in payroll, onboarding, employee data management, compliance, Lean/Six Sigma, M&A integration, or regulated environments
