Randstad Romania is looking for an experienced professional for the role of HR Plant Manager within a prestigious company in the Manufacturing industry. If you have solid expertise in human resources management and labor law knowledge, we invite you to join our team in Buchin, Caras-Severin county!
Job Responsibility:
Oversee and coordinate all daily HR Department operations, including recruitment, training, performance appraisals, employee relations, career administration, and personnel cost control
Manage the full lifecycle of employee documentation, including drafting, renewing, and updating the Internal Regulations and individual employment contracts (CIM)
Hold direct responsibility for the accurate Payroll process and support the precision of Timekeeping
Ensure and enforce strict adherence to all national and regional labor law and regulations governing employment relations
Manage, negotiate, and resolve conflicts, fostering positive and constructive interpersonal relations throughout the factory
Represent the company and maintain strong collaboration with public institutions (ITM, AJOFM, Health/Pension Houses, etc.)
Implement and uphold all company procedures, ensuring full compliance with the BRC standard and internal protocols
Supervise and enforce adherence to rules regarding Health, Safety at Work (HSE/SSM), Fire Safety (PSI), and Environmental protection
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar management/coordination HR position, preferably in the Manufacturing industry
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field
Must be Certified as an HR Inspector (or equivalent HR qualification)
Advanced level of English (written and spoken) – Mandatory
Solid expertise in Human Resources and labor legislation
Ability to work in a team and excellent organizational skills
Negotiation skills, social sensitivity, and conflict management abilities
Ability to make quick decisions and act with responsibility
Proficient knowledge of MS Office
