Glorium Technologies is seeking a dedicated HR People Partner to join our People Partnership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced IT environments and aims to create a supportive and strategic HR function. The successful candidate will contribute to building an empowering work atmosphere where technology teams can excel and grow.
Job Responsibility:
Driving the full employee lifecycle, managing onboarding, trial period goal-setting, proactive offboarding, and exit interviews
Leading performance and development processes including performance reviews, salary revisions, personal goal achievement, mentoring programs, and internal rotations
Fostering strong employee relations by conducting regular 1-on-1s, advising on HR policies and compliance, and proactively monitoring engagement and retention strategies
Optimizing HR infrastructure by maintaining HR CRM data integrity, updating internal documentation, and participating in process automation
Organizing internal learning and development workshops and supporting external promotional events, including assisting internal speakers with preparation and presentation content
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR People Partner managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
Proven methods for building team morale, motivation, and effective communication
Strong understanding of different cooperation formats, HR best practices, and experience in drafting and updating company policies
Proficiency in modern HRIS/CRM systems such as PeopleForce, BambooHR, or HiBob, with a meticulous approach to data integrity
Advanced Google Sheets skills and an analytical mindset to interpret HR metrics for strategic business decisions
Experience working in fast-paced, scaling companies with adaptability to evolve HR processes quickly
Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence for effective employee relations, conflict resolution, and exit interviews
