We are looking for a passionate HR People Operations Specialist ready to be part of AppTweak’s next phase of growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional employee experience across our global offices. You’ll oversee People Operations for the EMEA & APAC regions, supporting employees from an administrative and legal perspective through every stage of their journey, while making our processes more scalable, compliant, and efficient. You’ll also work on exciting projects to drive meaningful improvements in HR support.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee payroll operations with SD Worx (Belgium) and Deel (EMEA & APAC)
Manage and continuously improve benefits programs
Regularly benchmark benefits across markets
Take ownership of all employee lifecycle processes from an administrative and legal perspective
Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, amendments, and documentation
Handle specific leave cases
Support onboarding and offboarding
Be the primary contact for employees in EMEA & APAC on People Operations and HR admin topics
Maintain and update HRIS systems and employee data
Lead People Operations projects, including HR system implementations, workflow automation, and policy harmonization
Act as a key point of contact for managers on HR operational topics
Collaborate with external partners and legal advisors
Contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Business Administration or HR
2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles within a fast-growing, international environment
Familiarity with Belgian employment law and comfort working across multiple countries
Demonstrated ability to manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding
Fluent in both French and English
Strong people-centric mindset
Autonomous and able to efficiently manage multiple priorities
Precise and detail-oriented
Thrive in small team settings and enjoy offering support
Adaptable and enthusiastic about building scalable processes
Practical, proactive, and analytical, with comfort using data
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
Must be based in Belgium and hold a valid EU visa/work permit
Nice to have:
Interest in Artificial Intelligence and its potential applications in People Operations and HR automation
International HR experience
