Job Description:

Mayvue is seeking an HR & People Operations Analyst to support day to day people operations and partner closely with the Director of Corporate Services as the company continues to scale. This is a hands on execution role designed for someone who thrives on clean systems, accurate data, and consistent follow through. You will own the operational backbone of HR keeping employee data, processes, and compliance aligned so leadership can focus on strategy and growth. You’ll work across the full employee lifecycle while providing the operational signal that ensures people processes are running smoothly, accurately, and on time.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own execution of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems
  • Regularly audit people data for accuracy and completeness, proactively resolving discrepancies
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR questions, escalating appropriately
  • Support HR related compliance activities, including evidence collection, access reviews, and policy acknowledgments
  • Assist with audit readiness efforts by maintaining clean documentation and process
  • Help maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and internal documentation
  • Track deadlines, acknowledgments, and required reviews to ensure nothing slips
  • Act as a trusted execution partner to the Director of Corporate Services
  • Prepare HR dashboards and summaries (headcount changes, anniversaries, reviews, open roles, key deadlines)
  • Surface risks, gaps, or delays early and drive them to resolution
  • Support performance review cycles, goal tracking, and documentation
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring logistics
  • Support job postings, offer letters, and onboarding coordination
  • Ensure a smooth, consistent experience for candidates and new hires
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows, tools, and systems without adding friction
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and leadership to keep people related processes aligned
  • Maintain clear, current process documentation so employees and managers can self serve when appropriate

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR Generalist, People Operations, HR Coordinator, or similar role
  • Working knowledge of core HR functions (onboarding, benefits, employee relations, compliance)
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing sensitive, confidential information
  • Experience supporting or maintaining documentation, policies, or SOPs
  • Must be organized, deadline driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal handholding
  • Must be proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and technology
