Join us as an HR Payroll & Total Rewards Executive and take an active role in shaping and optimizing our HR processes while ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant payroll operations. You will collaborate with a diverse and talented team to drive efficiency, foster continuous improvement, and contribute to Henkel’s ongoing success.
Job Responsibility:
Take full end-to-end responsibility for payroll operations for both white- and blue-collar employees
Prepare required HR and payroll reports and collaborate closely with the Finance team on reporting activities
Work closely with the Region on Total Rewards–related topics and projects
Act as a key point of contact between HR Operations and business units
Monitor absences, paid leave, overtime, bonuses, and other variable pay elements
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports as required
Ensure full compliance with Labor Law, Social Security Institution (SGK), and İŞKUR regulations
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all steps are fully aligned with legal requirements and Henkel corporate guidelines
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
Around 5 years of solid experience in payroll, total rewards and HR operations
SAP knowledge is a must
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
A strong team player with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and analytical skills
