Job Description:

Join us as an HR Payroll & Total Rewards Executive and take an active role in shaping and optimizing our HR processes while ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant payroll operations. You will collaborate with a diverse and talented team to drive efficiency, foster continuous improvement, and contribute to Henkel’s ongoing success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take full end-to-end responsibility for payroll operations for both white- and blue-collar employees
  • Prepare required HR and payroll reports and collaborate closely with the Finance team on reporting activities
  • Work closely with the Region on Total Rewards–related topics and projects
  • Act as a key point of contact between HR Operations and business units
  • Monitor absences, paid leave, overtime, bonuses, and other variable pay elements
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports as required
  • Ensure full compliance with Labor Law, Social Security Institution (SGK), and İŞKUR regulations
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all steps are fully aligned with legal requirements and Henkel corporate guidelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Around 5 years of solid experience in payroll, total rewards and HR operations
  • SAP knowledge is a must
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • A strong team player with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and analytical skills
