HR/Payroll Specialist

• Process and manage payroll across a multi-state platform
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state laws
• Administer HR tasks such as onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and employee record maintenance
• Collaborate with management to ensure smooth payroll operations
• Monitor and address payroll discrepancies including taxes and garnishments
• Stay informed about changes in HR/payroll laws

• SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification
• QuickBooks payroll experience including multi-state payroll tax administration
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with payroll tax procedures and compliance across multiple states
• Proficiency in HR and payroll systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
