Job Description:

HR Payroll & Operations Specialist position at Ledger, responsible for ensuring HR administrative and payroll tasks are completed timely, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in France. The role involves being at the crossroads between recruitment teams and HRPB team, ensuring all payroll payments are made on time.

Job Responsibility:

HR Operations administration: Management of hirings and departures
Registration of personal & contractual data on HRIS
DPAE, contracts, health insurance registration
Management of personnel records and follow-up of temporary workers
Contributing to continuous improvement of Ops supports
Support managers and employees on HROPS topics
Payroll Management: Processing of French payroll inputs
Collection of variable elements (transport, health insurance, employee personal data)
Manage payroll inputs related to base pay, disability and leaves
Monitoring of contractual changes and payroll impacts
Creation of Variable Payroll Items file
Verification and validation of pay slips
Coordination with financial department for transfer file
Liaison with ADP regarding payroll system changes
Management of meal vouchers

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources
At least 2 years experience in a similar position
Solid knowledge of social law
Experience in outsourced payroll production using ADP's Decidium tool (ACE functionality)
Organized and rigorous
At ease with various IT tools
Proficiency in Excel (mastery of basic formulas and DCTs)
Strong interpersonal skills
Sense of service and confidentiality
Proactivity
Professional level of English both written and spoken
