Job Description:

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting employees and streamlining HR and payroll functions? We’re looking for an HR & Payroll Coordinator to join our team and take charge of essential HR and payroll operations. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage HR processes, including FMLA requests, work injuries, and unemployment documentation
  • Oversee timely wage, benefit, and tax processing using ADP while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Partner with supervisors on recruiting, onboarding, and employee communication
  • Collaborate with IT for optimized system utilization and efficiency
  • Support external and internal audits and handle additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR (can train on payroll responsibilities)
