Job Responsibility:
Manage HR processes, including FMLA requests, work injuries, and unemployment documentation
Oversee timely wage, benefit, and tax processing using ADP while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Partner with supervisors on recruiting, onboarding, and employee communication
Collaborate with IT for optimized system utilization and efficiency
Support external and internal audits and handle additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
3+ years of experience in HR (can train on payroll responsibilities)
