Job Responsibility

  • Process payroll with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on schedule
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including garnishments, deductions, and approved timesheets
  • Utilize HRIS and payroll systems, such as Workday, to manage payroll data effectively
  • Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration
